PETTS WOOD FAYRE

Well the sun did not shine on us this year, but the rain came and went in heavy down pours but the crowds were still out in large numbers celebrating May Bank Holiday.

SELBCT had an information stall, face painting, and a Tombola which raised £535.40

We were very busy with many very enthusiastic children wishing to have flowers and even a Walkers crisp packet painted on their face.  A special thank you to the face painting volunteers who did not stop all day.

We were able to help point several ladies in the right direction for support and guidance through a difficult time. Helping woman and men living with Breast Cancer in our community is what our charity is all about.

A busy day, lots of money raised and lots of information about our charity given out, and a brief visit to the stalls by our local MP Jo Johnson and also Bromley Mayor who had been to one of our Pink Ball’s a few years ago.

Thank you to everyone who donated, helped out and made the day another good charity event.

Special mentions Georgie, Susie, Sam F,Holly, Helen, Jacquie,Christine,Poppy, Linda, Alison,Anne,Linda P, and of course not forgetting Clive and Jason who helped us set up.
