SELBCT Golf Day at The London Club

On the 21st August 2024 we had 112 golfers at the London Club for our Golf Day in aid of SELBCT and Prostrate Cancer.

The teams of 4 started the day with coffee and a breakfast roll of sausage and bacon which was enjoyed by all.

After a couple of speeches the players took to the start teeing off on the International course at 11am. We had two starting points tee 1 and tee 10. It was a long course and challenging but a great day was had by all. The day finished off with a meal and presentations. The amazing sum of £5,504 was raised this was split 50/50 with SELBCT and Prostate Cancer. Very many thanks to Angie Jordan and Chris Town for all their hard work. We would also like to thank all the players for entering the competition and being so very generous on the day.

Special mention to The London Club for hosting the day and all the sponsors, Jemca Toyota / Lexus Sidcup, Srixon , Cleveland XXIO, Dunlop, Pink, Callaway and from Anna Smith (PGA Golf Professional) and Mark Maidment for his generous prize of a round of golf at The London Club.
