Fashion Show – INTU 2014

On 23rd October 2014 at 6:30pm in the INTU Shopping Centre Bromley 13 incredible Breast Cancer Patients will be braving the catwalk to raise awareness of the importance to be breast aware and acting quickly when any change is found in a person’s breast tissue. Some of the models are still undergoing treatment so the fashion show is also a way of letting the general public know that despite the life changing surgery and treatments patients are faced with, the patient is still a beautiful person and can look fantastic despite what they have been through. The Theme is ‘Family’ this year. Each model will walk on in the final set with a member of their family or a very close friend who has been by their side on the very scary journey of scans, tests, body changing surgery, chemotherapy and radiotherapy.  Family models this year include children, partners and parents. Having the disease impacts on the wellbeing of everyone around the patient. Come along and support this amazing event by turning up and cheering them on. There are VIP tickets at £10, which include a goodie bag. Tickets are available from the Information Desk on the first floor in the INTU shopping Centre Bromley.  Without the INTU Shopping centre in Bromley, Danni Bango from Dancework Studio, home of Diversity, David Rae Hairdressers and the makeup counters in Debenhams and Boots, we would not be able to put on this amazing event. Patients rehearse at The Diversity Studios before the big day!
