Thank you so much to a lovely young lady called Natalie who was guest speaker at our support group meeting last night. She is a nutritionist who works with oncology patients. She gave a very informative, structured extremely interesting talk on healthy eating and dispelled a lot of the food fad myths.

A good turn out, lots of new faces and plenty of chatter throughout the night.

Our next meeting will be on Wednesday 25th March 19.30hrs at the Sloane Hospital, Beckenham.
